Why should binary code be responsible for realizing the dream?

Annotations: The title is part of the Latin phrase “Hircus Civis Eblanensis” meaning the “Goat-Citizen of Dublin.” The emphasis on the goat is because it is the symbol of lust and fecundity. “Eblanensis” is the Latin adjective for Eblana, a name given by Ptolemy to where modern Dublin might be. This phrase appears in Joyce’s Finnegan’s Wake. Thanks to the Norton Anthology of English Literature, Third Edition, Volume 2 for this information. “She sleeps me” and the spellings of “traveller’s,” “baptise” and “june” were intentional. The first one is suppose to be “She sleeps with me.”
