Play Music Early, Play Music Often - 30 January 2004

This show is what I would term a "successful failure." It was successful in that I showed up on time, played a show and got back into the swing of things, even being a kind of an hour advertisement for another show. The failure was that I will no longer do a show that early in the morning nor resort to playing albums extensively to fill dead air time (which were Boards of Canada's Geogaddi and Hrvatski's Oiseaux 96-98). But then again, collecting data means an experiment was a success, even if the hypothesis has now been thrown out the window:
